Measure the 24V DC input voltage supplied to the control unit and ensure the voltage is not dropping below the required level (+20V or more).
Check the '24VDCIN' LED on the control unit. If it is not lit, inspect for a failure of the DC24V input or if the fuse near the DCIN connector is disconnected.
Check the 'DCOUT' LED on the control unit. If it is not lit, inspect for a short circuit of the DC5V output on the CG71, ENC, or FAN connector.
If all external connections, voltages, and fuses are normal but the DCOUT or LCDON LEDs are still not lit, there is a failure of the internal voltage output in the control unit. Replace the control unit.
