STEP 1

Check the rotary switch settings on the drive unit. Ensure that the switch for each drive (from 0 to F) is set correctly and uniquely according to the axis order in the system.

STEP 2

Check the axis and spindle parameters. Ensure there are no skipped channel numbers or duplicate settings in the parameters #1021 (mcp_no) and #3031 (smcp_no).

STEP 3

Check if the axis has been disabled accidentally. Inspect whether the parameters #8201 (Ax. Release) and #1070 (axoff) are unintentionally set to '1' (disabled).
