Format the NC memory to clear the memory error. To do this, enter 1 for parameter #1060 and press the INPUT key.

STEP 1

Format the NC memory to clear the memory error. To do this, enter 1 for parameter #1060 and press the INPUT key.

STEP 2

After the memory formatting process is complete, restore your previously backed up data (ALL1, PARAMETER, etc.) to the NC unit and restart the system.

STEP 3

If the memory error persists after restarting, there is an internal hardware failure (SRAM or FROM failure) in the control unit. Replace the NC control unit.
